For years I have had innovative ideas. I thought it was because I was young, but my brain just picks up patters in a unique fashion. My age does create challenges, which spurs much of my inspiring ideas. Any challenge I experience leads me to innovative idea generation.
Reading Jef Straus' book, My Organisation is a Jungle, helped me identify my journey as finding my red monkey. Jef and I got to experience Riyadh Saudi Arabia at their first eLearning. So, the title of this blog is an ode to Jef.
